Ludovic Ouoba

Ludovic has over 20 years of experience including 8 years of financial planning and 15 years of procurement and operation management.

He established and led the supply chain group at Empower Energies and Greensmith Energy, a Wärtsilä Company, where He developed and implemented the corporate procurement strategies to improve the efficiency and economics of the procurement program while managing the strategic sourcing, suppliers’ development and global manufacturing partnerships for solar energy and storage projects totaling approximately 500MW and 200 MWh DC. His experience in solar energy, energy storage, hybrid and microgrid projects gives him a leadership edge in in the industry which led to his appointment as an advisory board member at Empower Energies.

In his prior role at SunEdison as the Procurement & Planning Manager for North America C&I and Utility-Scale projects, he managed multiple sourcing categories for a portfolio of approximately 300MW DC of projects.

Ludovic earned a BS in Business Management and a MS in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.
