Jeremiah Mahany

Jeremiah Mahany brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and strategic finance to his role as Manager of Financial Reporting at Peregrine Energy Solutions. He leads the development and execution of financial reporting processes that support transparency, compliance, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Before joining Peregrine, Jeremiah held various roles at NextEra Energy, where he partnered with investment teams, managed financial forecasts, and oversaw complex financial reporting initiatives for a diverse portfolio of energy projects. He has also served as Financial Controller and Financial Reporting Manager at Northern New England Energy Corporation and began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on clients in the insurance and banking sectors.

Jeremiah is a Certified Public Accountant (Vermont) and a long-standing member of the AICPA. He holds an MBA from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Champlain College, where he graduated summa cum laude. With a strong foundation in GAAP compliance, internal controls, and technical accounting, Jeremiah is committed to supporting Peregrine’s mission to build a cleaner, more resilient energy future.
