Josh is the Controller for Peregrine Energy Solutions and has over 23 years' experience in the energy industry specializing in technical accounting for energy transacting.

Prior to joining Peregrine, he worked at NextEra Energy leading the team responsible for advising executives negotiating significant structured transactions and PPAs, as well as, leading accounting due diligence activities. Josh led the development and implementation of industry-leading accounting policies and positions that supported the accounting treatment for battery storage PPAs, wind and solar PPAs and structured energy trading, marketing and financing transactions.

Prior to that, Josh worked at Constellation Energy performing technical accounting and managing the general ledger and reporting for the company split during the period when regions of the U.S. were deregulating wholesale power markets. Josh is a licensed CPA and earned his BS degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
